An intense class where you're raising your heart rate one minute at a time for a guaranteed burn, as well as continued increased metabolism after class. If weight loss, cardiovascular health, or simply pushing your body are part of your goals - this class is for you!

Arguably the most important system of stabilization for the body, this class will teach you how to best engage your core, and then proceed to FIRE it on! All exercises in this class will be focused on developing core strength and engagement.

This 30-minute class is slower paced and less intense while still allowing for lots of movement. This class includes all aspects of fitness including cardio, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance.

Focus on your posterior chain muscles: the hamstrings and glutes in this booty-igniting class. This class is more low impact with slower, more controlled movements and the use of weights, bands, and steps that will add shape to your bum. *Attention clients with knee issues: this class includes lunges and squats*

This class is all about muscle! If you're looking to develop lean and strong muscles, this class will help you on your way to doing just that. Using tubes, bands, weights, and other resistance tools, expect some guided gains here!

If you're ready to change your relationship to physical fitness but don't know where to start... or maybe you are ready to hit some PRs in your training or sports performance. Erica is here for you to give you the individual attention and training you need to reach the next level of your health goals. Book your session today!

Athletic Training

Become Fast and Fit no matter what age you are for whatever sport you play! This is a small group setting so each athlete gets specific attention to their needs. The trainer will tailor workouts to the speed, strength, endurance, and agility needs of athletes' sport(s).
