Our practice is appointment only. The schedule is always in flux, but typically has opportunities for morning and evening appointments. Please call or text to schedule your appointment. Chiropractic care is traditionally associated with twisting maneuvers that result in pops or cracks in a joint. I take a gentle approach to meet your body where it's at and tune into it's needs. My adjustment incorporates many techniques, including the traditional diversified adjusting style. We may also use methods such as instrument assisted, SOT blocking, flexion distraction, soft tissue massage, pin and stretch, and more. 

No. I practice as an out of network provider. Chiropractic care is commonly included in insurance benefits, however, it is limited in scope. Being in network with insurance companies means that I am under contract with them to dictate my care for you. I prefer to work for YOU and use the knowledge I learned through comprehensive schooling and clinical experience to guide my recommendations and approach for care. 

I use a range of modalities in care, and take a comprehensive and holistic approach. In order to provide the curated care that works best for each person who comes to my practice, it does not make sense to work for insurance companies. My goal is to get you well as fast as possible. You may notice that you will use less visits with an out of network provider because they take the time needed to work towards this goal. 

If you've been through chiropractic care before and it has not gotten you to where you wanted to be, I encourage you to reach out and ask how my practice is different.

The initial chiropractic assessment is $110 and typically takes about 65 minutes.

Follow up visits are $60 and are around 20-30 minutes.

Our practice is appointment only meaning we may or may not have openings the day of your request. We encourage you to reach out and become an established member in our practice so that if you do have an acute injury happen, we can schedule you easier (30 minute visit) than if you were a new patient (60 minute visit).
